After
releasing their latest EP titled 'Electric City' on our very own All Good Records, the long awaited North American debut of the French duo consisting of Axel Rondeau and Vincent Teoule, better known as The Geek x Vrv, will finally come to fruition. They begin their co-headlining tour with Super Best Records and Colorado native Late Night Radio along with Krooked Drivers, hitting 8 stops during the month of April. This will be their first tour in the states and promises to be a unique experience with their newly crafted live performance.
Recently, the duo have been extremely busy touring all throughout Europe as well as spending time in the studio cooking up some tasty funk jams. Perfecting their sound over the years their music has a blend of jazz, soul and funk with a hint of hip-hop flow. The electro-soul genre has become a driving force in what people are listening to today in the electronic music realm and these two are going to be making their name known once they hit the road.
The tour kicks off this Wednesday at the Mirmar Theater in Milwaukee, Wisconsin with stops in Chicago, Denver, Royal Oak (MI), Austin, Philadelphia, Brooklyn, and Baltimore to finish things off. If you are unable to catch them on their tour this time around, they will be playing at Euphoria Music Festival alongside artists like Pretty Lights, Big Gigantic, Break Science and Freddy Todd.
